Designation for Pre Need Guardian

When you file a Pre-Need Guardianship with the Florida probate court, you are telling the world (and more importantly the judge) who your preference is in the event that a Florida Guardianship is ever established. A competent adult may name a preneed guardian by making a written declaration that names such guardian to serve in the event of the declarant's incapacity.
